Job summary

Target is hiring a Food Service Team Leader in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a team of hourly team members, ensure guest experience commitments are met, and manage day-to-day operations to keep food service areas efficient and compliant.

Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, maintaining food safety and inventory controls, and collaborating with store leadership to achieve sales goals while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member is trained and consistently delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments and operations.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, training, coaching, evaluating, retaining and developing talent.
• Maintain food safety standards and proper inventory levels while ensuring brand standards are met.
