Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Sanitation course required before or during first year.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Ensure food safety and quality according to policies.
• Maintain safe, organized storage and hazard-free environment.
• Oversee inventory on a weekly basis and assist with orders.
• Train and mentor staff; promote growth and teamwork.
• Assist with cashier duties as needed and support catering events.
