Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items in a safe environment.
• Maintain inventory on a weekly basis and assist with orders as needed.
• Promote good public relations and teamwork.
• Attend staff meetings and assist with training and development.
