Job summary

Target is seeking a Food Service Team Leader in Owatonna, MN to manage daily food service operations in the Food & Beverage area. You will lead hourly team members, uphold safety standards, and ensure guest experiences are consistently friendly and efficient.

You’ll plan workloads, train teammates, monitor stock and temperatures, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales and quality goals. The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ age, and a willingness to work a varied schedule,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Strong interest in food service
• Lead and hold others accountable to performance standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments with a friendly, easy environment.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to team members based on workload and traffic.
• Lead and develop hourly team members through coaching and training.
• Ensure food safety, correct stocking, and inventory accuracy.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales and quality goals and adherence to standards
