Your role focuses on delivering a friendly guest experience, managing daily tasks, and coaching teammates to meet performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and drive sales.
• Lead hourly team members with interviewing, training, coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Observe and provide feedback; recognize good moments.
• Review metrics and take actions to improve outcomes and guest experience.
• Understand sales goals and plan daily/weekly workload to achieve them.
