Responsibilities

• Ensure satellite school runs efficiently and staff follow directives, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HACCP, Health Department and USDA guidelines and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare food as needed and ensure high quality served.
• Communicate with central kitchen managers regarding satellite operations and staff issues.
• Check deliveries for quality and communicate issues promptly.
• Monitor meal service quantities and order supplies as needed.
• Inventory and order food and supplies per schedule.
• Follow cash handling procedures and submit daily reports.
• Attend meetings with principals as required by management.
• Follow district policies and procedures and provide staff trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
