Qualifications

• One or more years of food production experience and/or professional culinary training preferred; some supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all assigned food production within the department.
• Direct proper handling of all foods in storage and transfer to other departments.
• Assist in correcting problems with a production product.
• Complete the production schedule for the weekly menu meeting.
• Maintain inventory and rotation of products.
• Attend sanitation certification class and comply with food handling procedures.
• Comply with safety standards and report accidents within 24 hours.
• Schedule training programs with food production workers and provide coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Production Manager/Director.
