Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food manager certification.
• Knowledge of methods, materials, equipment, and appliances used in food preparation.
• Ability to manage personnel and organize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production records.
• Direct daily activities in kitchen.
• Maintain serving schedules and serve all food items according to menu specifications.
• Supervise and train campus staff, promoting efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
• Coordinate training with Manager or Production Specialist as defined by leadership.
• Manage satellite kitchen operations in the absence of the Manager or fill as needed.
