Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve kitchen safety, sanitation and financial accountability.
• Coach and evaluate managers; enforce policies and procedures per handbook.
• Coordinate with district leadership on menus, pricing and program promotions.
• Attend meetings after hours as needed and oversee catering and special diets.
• Ensure asset lists and district records are up-to-date and accurate.
