Job summary

Aafes at Fort Carson Exchange is seeking a Food Service Foreman to lead a team of Food Service Workers focused on delivering extraordinary customer experiences. You will plan daily/weekly workloads, create schedules aligned with store goals, and manage performance with clear expectations.

You will respond quickly to customer issues, de-escalate when needed, and foster a positive, customer-centric culture while ensuring operations across shifts run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant or related food service operations experience. or NBFF training or ROMA training.
• If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Food Service Workers to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workloads to meet department goals and sales targets.
• Create schedules aligned with customer and business needs.
• Respond quickly to and deescalate negative customer experiences.
