Job summary

Aafes is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Customer Experience Associates, drive sales goals, and deliver extraordinary customer experiences at the base store. You will plan daily workloads, create schedules, and model accountability to ensure outstanding service for DoD personnel and visitors.

Position requires adapting to technology, taking initiative, and mentoring staff while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. On-site work with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or the equivalent.
• Retail experience.
• Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility.
• If applicable to position, associate must successfully complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.
