Time to step up your career! This is your moment to shine and lead others. We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth and igniting your passion.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (sheets and recipes).
  2. Direct daily activities.
  3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
  4. Store food items safely and organized.
  5. Maintain serving schedules; serve food per menu specifications following policies.
  6. Maintain a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes.
  7. Keep accurate inventory weekly.
  8. Prepare orders to ensure accurate production.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth and teamwork.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Train and mentor staff.
  12. Keep logs on equipment maintenance.
  13. Complete food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
  14. Perform preventive maintenance checks.
  15. Recommend equipment replacements.
  16. Proficient in multi-tasking.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  18. Fill in for absent employees as needed.
  19. Coordinate catering events and ensure timely delivery.
  20. Work occasional night and weekend catering events.
  21. Attend staff meetings.
  22. Maintain communication with staff via various channels.
  23. Perform cashier duties if necessary.
  24. Promote good public relations.
