Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve items per menus and supervise food preparation equipment to meet nutritional requirements.

The role emphasizes safe practices, teamwork, and adaptability in a structured environment. A high school diploma or GED and 18+ are required; prior institutional food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
• Preferred: Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portions to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
• Stand, lift, bend, push, kneel, and walk as part of extended shifts.
