Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and the kitchen team inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve diverse menu items, follow recipes, and use kitchen equipment to meet nutritional requirements.

The role reports to a Food Service Director, requires a high school diploma or GED and being at least 18. Prior institutional food service experience is preferred, with daily work onsite and a chance to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• Experience in institutional food service or restaurants preferred.
• Passionate about food and service.
• Understanding of food handling regulations.
• Willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Able to adapt to changes and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and procedures.
• Cook and portion food using recipes and utensils to meet nutritional needs.
