Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will supervise staff, plan meals, and ensure adherence to food safety standards.

The role reports to the Food Service Director and requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old. Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is preferred; dailyPay and comprehensive benefits are included.

• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and menus, adhering to safety standards.
• Train other food service workers and maintain a healthy, safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with department procedures and nutritional requirements.
• Report to the Food Service Director and work onsite inside a jail/correctional facility.
