Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of menu items, follow recipes, and train fellow food service workers.

This on-site role requires weekend/holiday availability and a high school diploma or GED; prior institutional food service experience is preferred. DailyPay and a $250 rookie bonus are offered along with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Must be available to work weekends/holidays.
• On-site role inside a jail/correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Use utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy, safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Handle additional duties as required.
