Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following menus and ensure safe, compliant food handling.

Reporting to the Food Service Director, you will train staff, maintain schedules, and promote a healthy work environment. The role requires teamwork, flexibility, and a strong commitment to security and inmate welfare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 18+.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion according to recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and assist with various duties as needed.
