Responsibilities

• Direct operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities with up to 12 employees in different locations.
• Set the pace and supervise staff; ensure compliance with established methods.
• Order and receive supplies; stock and organize each facility daily; manage cleaning and inventory.
• Perform food service and cashiering duties as required; complete cash reports and daily deposits; maintain clean work areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
