• Train staff in duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for meals.
• Ensure proper merchandising and stock of product and packaging.
• Provide orientation and monitor new team members.
• Ensure food and service meet quality standards.
• Assist in selection of staff and development of budgets and procedures.
