MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a Food Service Supervisor at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center to lead and monitor all food operation duties including production, purchasing, sanitation, patient food services, retail, procurement, distribution and catering.

Qualifications

• 3 - 4 years' experience in Food and Nutrition.
• Ability to lead others and communicate clearly and to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to monitor , analyze and make quick decisions.
• Effective organization skills, including delegating, and time management skills.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills incl uding being a positive motivator and role model for others.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet/exceed established goals and objectives.
• Ability to anticipate , solve and follow-up with issues/problems.
• Ability to identify detailed Food Service performance problems and find appropriate solutions.
• Ability to train staff in all facets of Food Service operations.
