Job summary

MercyOne is seeking a Lead in Production to assist the Chef in overseeing the Production Department. You will work hands-on with staff to foster passion for producing high-quality food and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.

The role requires 3 years of food service experience, prior supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Basic computer skills are preferred to support daily tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 3 years' experience in food service required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Production Department under the Chef's guidance.
• Work hands-on with staff to develop their passion for producing great food.
