Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Moore Haven, FL is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following menus and safety standards, while guiding a team of staff.

The role reports to the Food Service Director and is based on site. Candidates should be able to lift/carry, adapt quickly, and work as part of a team in a demanding environment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred experience in institutional food service or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Use utensils and equipment to prepare food and portion meals to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers and promote a safe work environment.
• Operate in a correctional facility on site.
