Our Fresh Food Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department and its personnel to achieve merchandising, sales, and guest service goals established for the department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage department staff, achieve goals, and communicate with management and supervisors.
• Onboard, train, and coach new team members.
• Schedule staff shifts.
• Provide product information, suggest sales, and thank guests for their patronage.
• Take and fulfill guest orders to satisfaction.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Order supplies and maintain proper stock levels and merchandising standards.
• Oversee food preparation and merchandising, including various deli items and beverages.
• Display products following company guidelines.
• Follow recipes accurately and rotate stock for quality and safety.
• Receive and audit merchandise, manage inventory, and process invoices.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
