Job Description:
Floating Store Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, adhering to company policies and procedures; supervising staff; maximizing profits; and ensuring excellent customer service and store appearance.

- Perform daily gas price surveys and accounting paperwork.
- Make bank deposits and manage ATM and Lottery funds.
- Maintain fuel inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Hire, train, motivate, and discipline staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and stock levels.
- Order merchandise and coordinate gasoline deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Conduct employee evaluations and implement promotional initiatives.
- Monitor cash handling, inventory, and conduct investigations as needed.
- Maintain store standards, report issues, and manage security systems.
- Perform PDI reports, manage payroll, and communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Assist with store coverage and staff development.
- Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Territory Manager.

- 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred.
- Experience in staff management, sales, scheduling, and expense control.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
