Job Description:

Floating Store Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, adhering to company policies and procedures; supervising staff; maximizing profits; and ensuring excellent customer service and store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive buying experience for customers.
  • Perform daily gas price surveys and accounting paperwork.
  • Make bank deposits and manage ATM and Lottery funds.
  • Maintain fuel inventory records and report discrepancies.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and discipline staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and stock levels.
  • Order merchandise and coordinate gasoline deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and implement promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor cash handling, inventory, and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Maintain store standards, report issues, and manage security systems.
  • Perform PDI reports, manage payroll, and communicate effectively with staff and guests.
  • Assist with store coverage and staff development.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Territory Manager.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physical tasks and at least 18 years old.

Education
