Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and a kitchen team in a correctional facility. You will prepare, cook, and serve meals according to menus and recipes, while training staff and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in institutional food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
• Prepare food and use kitchen utensils per recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Stand and perform duties for extended periods; physical demands apply.
