You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
2. Direct daily activities and ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
3. Store food items safely, organize storage, and maintain hazard-free environments.
4. Manage serving schedules and ensure food is served per menu specifications following company policies.
5. Maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety codes.
6. Keep accurate inventory records weekly and prepare orders as needed.
7. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
8. Ensure a safe working environment and perform equipment maintenance logs.
9. Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions when necessary.
10. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
11. Multitask efficiently and perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
12. Fill in for absent employees as needed and coordinate catering events.
13. Attend staff meetings, communicate effectively with team members, and perform cashier duties if required.
14. Promote positive public relations.
