Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve items per menus, report to the Food Service Director, and work onsite in a jail environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and service, knowledge of food-handling regulations, and a willingness to learn and adapt as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
• Cook and portion food according to recipes and nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
