Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. seeks a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of menu items following work instructions and operate standard kitchen equipment.

The role reports to a Food Service Director. A high school diploma or GED and age 18+ are required; prior institutional food service experience is preferred. DailyPay and a $250 Rookie's Fast Track bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum 18 years old.
• Preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals to meet dietary needs.
• Train other food service workers and ensure a safe, healthy work environment.
• Stand, lift, bend, push, and move around the kitchen as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director.
