Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) to lead kitchen operations inside a jail/correctional facility. You will oversee food preparation, follow standard recipes, and ensure sanitation and safety in a fast-paced environment.

We offer premium benefits, DailyPay, and a $250 Rookie Fast Track bonus. A high school diploma or GED and 18+ are required, along with a valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs and stand long periods is expected.

Responsabilités

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during shifts.
• Prepare a variety of food items following recipes and standards.
