Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following established menus and recipes, using a range of kitchen equipment.

This on-site role offers $16.00 per hour, a $500 new-hire bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including DailyPay and retirement matching. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior institutional food service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in institutional food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during shifts.
• Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
• Cook and portion food per recipes to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Stand for extended periods and lift/move items as needed.
