Job Description

To assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant in a manner that will achieve corporate profit objectives, provide guest satisfaction, and help create a friendly and enthusiastic work environment for all team members.

1. Assist the General Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant and work at any station when necessary.
2. As the Manager on Duty, ensure the highest level of hospitality and service is provided to guests at all times.
3. Ensure compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation, and production.
4. Ensure compliance with standards in guest relations, labor costs, paper costs, restaurant safety, and sanitation.
5. Prepare and maintain personnel records, team member schedules, and financial and administrative reports.
6. Adhere to all company operational procedures for the dining room, service area, and kitchen.
7. Present all specials, promotions, and marketing plans during the shift according to company procedures.
8. Comply with Federal, State, and local regulations.
9. Make decisions in the following areas:

• Team member position assignments
• Purchases within established inventory levels and budgets
• Disciplinary actions as needed while on duty
• Other decisions required to effectively execute shift operations
