Global Partners is looking for a Food Service Supervisor / Deli Lead. The Fresh Food Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department, including personnel management, to achieve merchandising, sales, and guest service goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage department staff, meet goals, and communicate with management

• Schedule staff and oversee daily operations
• Assist guests, take orders, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Order supplies, oversee food preparation, and merchandising
• Rotate and monitor product quality and safety
• Handle inventory, paperwork, and cash register transactions
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in all areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
