Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking a Food Service Supervisor / Deli Lead. The Fresh Food Supervisor will oversee all activities within the deli and food service department, managing personnel to meet merchandising, sales, and guest service goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop department staff, set and achieve goals
  • Schedule and onboard team members
  • Assist guests, process orders, and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Order supplies, oversee food preparation and merchandising
  • Ensure quality, safety, and inventory control
  • Complete paperwork, process transactions, and monitor pricing
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned
