Energy You Bring:

• Embodies hospitality with high guest service standards and leadership to set team expectations.
• Effective manager, capable of task assignment and ensuring proper execution.
• Strong cash management skills, including counting drawers, preparing deposits, and filling reports.
• Ability to observe and uphold industry standards, making adjustments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items safely and attractively.
• Work the front counter and prep areas with staff.
• Process daily computer reports when manager is off (twice weekly).
• Cover manager vacations.
• Assist with food and supply orders, stock organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and shop upkeep.
• Uphold Ramunto’s brand standards.
• Conduct weekly cost counts.
• Delegate shift duties, including logs, dating, timers, and shelf-life tags.
• Support inspections and health code compliance.
