The Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Food Service Supervisor to oversee meal production and service in our Healthcare Foodservice team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will directly supervise meal preparation and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise meal preparation, cooking, and portioning following recipes and contractual obligations.
• Ensure all meals meet quality standards.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and service knowledge.

Nice-to-haves:

• Advanced degree in culinary arts or related field.
• Food Handler’s certification.
