Time to step up your career! This is your moment to shine and lead others. We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. Working alongside a manager, you'll oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth and igniting your passion.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
  2. Direct daily activities.
  3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
  4. Store food items in a safe, organized, hazard-free environment.
  5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a sanitary environment complying with health and safety regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory.
  8. Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Train and mentor staff.
  12. Keep logs on equipment maintenance.
  13. Complete food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
  14. Perform preventative maintenance checks.
  15. Recommend equipment replacements to meet facility needs.
  16. Proficient in multi-tasking.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  18. Fill in for absent employees as necessary.
  19. Coordinate catering events ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
  20. Work occasional night and weekend events.
  21. Attend staff meetings.
  22. Communicate effectively with staff via various channels.
  23. Perform cashier duties if needed.
  24. Promote good public relations.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
  • Complete a sanitation course before or during the first year.
  • Knowledge of operating an efficient, cost-effective program.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Maintain emotional control under stress.
  • Resolve interpersonal issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
