You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. **Starting Pay: $16/hour**

**Job Responsibilities**

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (sheets and recipes).
2. Direct daily activities.
3. Maintain food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
4. Ensure safe, organized storage of food items.
5. Follow menu specifications and serve food appropriately per policies.
6. Maintain a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes.
7. Keep accurate inventory records weekly.
8. Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
9. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth and teamwork.
10. Ensure a safe working environment.
11. Train and mentor food service staff.
12. Maintain equipment logs and perform maintenance checks.
13. Complete food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
14. Recommend equipment replacements to meet facility needs.
15. Perform multi-tasking proficiently.
16. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
17. Fill in for absent employees when necessary.
18. Coordinate with catering events to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
19. Work occasional night and weekend events.
20. Attend staff meetings.
21. Maintain communication with staff via email, phone, and inter-office mail.
22. Perform cashier duties if needed.
23. Promote good public relations.
