You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth and passion.

Starting Pay: $16/hour

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
2. Direct daily activities.
3. Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality per policies and procedures.
4. Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free storage of food items.
5. Maintain serving schedules; serve food per menu specifications following policies.
6. Maintain a sanitary environment adhering to health and safety codes.
7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory.
8. Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
9. Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
10. Ensure a safe working environment.
11. Train and mentor food service workers.
12. Keep logs on equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions when necessary.
13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
14. Proficiency in multitasking.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
16. Fill in for absent employees as needed.
17. Manage knowledge of catering events and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
18. Work occasional night and weekend catered events.
19. Attend staff meetings and maintain communication via email, phone, and inter-office mail.
20. Perform cashier duties if required.
21. Promote good public relations.
