Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with established menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained throughout food preparation and service.
• Set up and clean dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and according to established procedures.
• Support the regular food service staff in daily tasks, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all meals are appealing and nutritious.
• Respond to student and staff inquiries regarding meal options and dietary restrictions.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Food Service Supervisor.

Requirements
