Responsibilities

• Train in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely and efficient meal service per production plans and safety guidelines.
• Participate in meal preparation and serving with proper portion control and dietary needs.
• Maintain compliance with security policies including tool and equipment management.
• Uphold sanitation standards and HACCP procedures for proper handling.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, storage and ordering of food items.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure adherence to procedures.
