Job summary

Correct Choice Inc. is seeking dedicated Food Service Staff to ensure excellence in meal preparation and workplace safety. You will train in food preparation and tray assembly, support timely service, and help maintain HACCP standards in our operation.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with potential weekend shifts; starting pay is $17–$20/hour with comprehensive benefits. No prior experience is required as we provide training and certification support.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Food safety certification required or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to motivate and supervise team members.
• Strong judgment, independence, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely and efficient meal service per plans and safety guidelines.
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and portion control for dietary needs.
• Maintain sanitation standards and HACCP policies.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, storage, and ordering of items.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Uphold security policies including tool and equipment management.

• Participate in meal preparation and serving, maintaining portion control and dietary requirements.
• Maintain compliance with security policies, including tool and equipment management.
• Uphold sanitation standards and HACCP policies for proper food handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, storage, and ordering of food and related items.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure adherence to operational procedures.

Physical Requirements
