Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Supervisor for a correctional facility in Wisconsin. You will oversee inmate labor and food service operations, ensuring meals are prepared and served according to recipes and schedules. You will train staff, promote safety, and maintain compliance with food handling regulations.

Shifts run from early morning to evening (4:00am–8:00pm) with some weekends and holidays. Onsite work in a jail environment, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be 18+ years old.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Serve food per planned meal schedules and department procedures.
• Cook using recipes with proper utensils to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform lifting, bending, and pushing as part of duties.
