Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) to prepare and serve a variety of meals inside a jail/correctional facility. You will report to a Food Service Director and supervise inmate labor during food prep and service shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ServSafe certification is preferred; prior institutional food service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare a variety of food items following recipes and standards.
• Follow facility housekeeping and safety practices in all meal preparation and serving.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
