Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position Details

• Position: Shift Supervisor
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm
• Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 (annual salary: $35,500 - $37,000)

Role and Responsibilities

• Teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to store crew members
• Maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
• Overseeing shift operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales
• Monitoring inventory, supplies, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
• Ensuring store policies and practices are followed

Work Schedule and Reporting

Work days vary based on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week. The position reports to the Assistant Manager.
