Job Summary

The food service shift leader supports the store management team in completing store tasks, including food prep, cash register duties, customer service, housekeeping, and more. They ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with our purpose to 'Leave ‘em Better.'

Essential Functions

• Reliable transportation
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Reliability, punctuality, honesty, and a positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate food preparation equipment and understand sanitation procedures
• Knowledge of company products, policies, and training others
• Leadership in the absence of the Food Service Manager
