Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperforming employees.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
