Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house and front-of-house staff according to SOPs.
• Oversee task assignment, station deployment and break schedules.
• Assist in staff training on safety, service standards and procedures.
• Demonstrates techniques, proper equipment usage and procedures to employees.
• Responds to customer feedback and inquiries.
• Handle POS products, pricing and item requests.
