Qualifications

• Prior experience as a shift lead or similar leadership role in a restaurant.
• Ability to train new hires and set a positive shift tone.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Lead shifts and act as a role model for the team.
• Open and/or close, count drawers, and finalize the day.
• Provide immediate, respectful responses to guest needs.
• Encourage the team to uphold 2nd Mile Service goals.
