TKC Holdings, Inc. is a mid-market leader in corrections and hospitality, comprising Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and Courtesy Products. We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee Food Service operations across the region, promoting quality, cleanliness, and service while maintaining standards.

You will develop action plans for underperforming units, manage project activities, mentor teams, and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience reading and interpreting technical and financial reports.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering, receiving and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• At least five (5) years of corrections experience in a large-scale food service operation (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to project teams and/or leads project teams within area/department.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project activities.
• Develop action plans for underperforming units and implement them.
• Establish performance metrics and monitor compliance with standards.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage outside relationships.
