The manager will plan daily team briefings, oversee P&L performance, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a high-quality dining experience for customers and clients.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain client rapport and mutual business relationships
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service using Aramark's service model
• Ability to collaborate across departments for unified dining experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members; use coaching model to maximize potential
